You will be the main contact for external asset managers, coordinating with multiple bank areas to ensure smooth processing of client-related activities.

The role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset, strong banking knowledge, and excellent English communication. A Level 4 qualification and solid risk awareness are essential.

Formación

• A Level 4 qualification is mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in common computer applications and systems.
• High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards.
• A passion for client interaction and service orientation.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and grow long-term client relationships with Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Intermediaries and provide tailored solutions in daily interactions.
• Collaborate with all areas of the bank to ensure seamless execution of all client-related processes and transactions.
• Responsible for timely and thorough review of FIMs and end clients in accordance with desk procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the bank to deliver UBS FIM offering to applicable FIMs.
• Contribute actively to the achievement of team goals.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, policies and standards, fostering a strong risk management culture.
