Global Insurance Broker is seeking a Placement Leader to own and drive all placement activity for W&I and related transactional risk across the firm’s deal flow. You will shape how opportunities go to market, with whom, and on what terms, and lead the development of insurer relationships in London, Europe and beyond.

You will guide market approach, underwriting calls, and policy negotiation, while coordinating with origination and claims teams to ensure client outcomes drive placement decisions.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in W&I, transactional risk, and multi-jurisdictional insurance.
• Proven leadership and team management in broking or underwriting environments.
• Strong network with insurers and MGAs across London, Europe and beyond.

• Set placement standards, oversee wording negotiations, and coach brokers.
