Job summary

Volta is seeking a VP, Global DC Delivery to own how AI factories are planned, built and handed over to operations across Europe and North America. You will lead preconstruction, regional delivery, site project teams, portfolio office and partner data centre deployments, driving cost, schedule, safety and quality across the programme.

• Data centre experience across hyperscale programs.
• Experience building and running front end planning and preconstruction across multiple sites/countries.
• Experience creating and leading an organisation operating model from early stage.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of design and construction across Volta's AI factories in Europe and North America.
• Lead global organisation including preconstruction, regional delivery and portfolio office.
• Set capital delivery model, contracting strategy and procurement approach for multiple sites.
• Ensure cost, schedule, safety and quality across the programme with regular reporting.
