Volta is building a fleet of AI data centres across Europe. The Regional Delivery Manager will own delivery for active projects in the region, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost from early works to live compute.

Volta is building a fleet of AI data centres across Europe, and the Regional Delivery Manager owns how that fleet gets delivered. Reporting to the Global Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for every active project in the region – for safety, quality, schedule and cost – from early works through turn-up to live compute.
You will lead the region's Project Delivery Managers and their embedded project teams, working hand in hand with Volta's functional leaders to keep standards consistent while giving each project the pace and autonomy it needs. This is a senior leadership role in a delivery organisation that is scaling quickly, with new sites entering the pipeline as Volta grows.
