Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Vice President of Communications Insights & Analytics to lead measurement programs across the global communications function, working with senior leaders, communications teams and external partners to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role blends strategic thinking with a technology-forward mindset, shaping measurement strategies, leveraging media intelligence platforms, and applying AI and automation to improve reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design measurement strategies and translate data into strategic insights for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with media intelligence tools (Meltwater, Signal AI, Sprinklr) or data viz tools (Tableau).
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
• Strong executive communication and project management skills.
• Experience navigating a large, global organization and collaborating across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Measurement & Frameworks: Design and implement measurement strategies across global teams.
• AI & Technological Innovation: Apply AI and automation to optimize monitoring, reporting, and efficiency.
• Reporting, Dashboards & Data Storytelling: Develop reporting strategies and dashboards with clear narratives.
• Executive Presentation & Advisory: Present insights and recommendations to senior executives.
• Vendor Management & Contract Governance: Oversee external vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Platform Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of analytics platforms with training and engagement.
• Continuous Improvement & Tool Optimization: Evaluate and enhance measurement tools and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead global initiatives across time zones.
