Job summary

Harnham is seeking a VP of Enterprise Data in London, working in the office three days per week, to shape the organisation’s data, AI and technology strategy at executive level and drive company-wide transformation through data-led decision making.

You will lead the enterprise data, analytics, architecture, AI and core technology functions, define the strategy, govern data, own platforms and roadmaps, engage with senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across enterprise data, analytics, architecture and technology.
• Strong background in cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience shaping and delivering enterprise-wide data strategies.
• Demonstrated success leading data-driven business transformation with AI.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to operate credibly with executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams across data and technology.
