Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Divisional Turf Technical Trainer to deliver and assess our global turf training curriculum to dealer personnel. The role includes regional training activities, events, and supporting the wider John Deere turf business.

You will deliver the Certified Technician curriculum and our turf product training, mentor dealer personnel, and ensure value for delegates through engaging training delivery both virtually and face-to-face. Up to 30% travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with delivering training is preferred.
• Industry experience is desirable but not required.
• Training experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our Certified Technician curriculum to our turf dealer network.
• Deliver our specialized product training curriculum to our turf dealer network.
• Support the execution of strategic sales and marketing training events and activities.
• Mentor dealer personnel to grow their capabilities during their development journey.
• Ensuring we deliver value to delegates, through your training & facilitation.
• Be responsible for all components of virtual as well as face-to-face training delivery.
• Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources.
• Attend meetings, contribute to specific local, regional and global development projects and activities.
• Be expected to travel for up to 30% of your time
