Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in Basildon seeks a Construction Technical Training Developer to deliver high‑quality technical training to dealer apprentices and the dealer network. You will prepare courses, set up classroom and workshop facilities, and manage course paperwork.

You will update content with the Training Manager, develop practical exercises, ensure health and safety, and travel to training locations as needed. This is a role at a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to learners and apprentices.
• Sound understanding of hydraulics, electrics, engines and powertrains.
• Knowledge of CNH products or agricultural/industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to training locations.
• Computer literacy including PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fundamental technical training to dealer apprentices at Basildon Training Centre, colleges and dealer locations.
• Prepare courses and set up classroom and workshop facilities.
• Complete paperwork for running courses in a timely and proficient manner.
• Update courses and liaise with Training Manager on content.
• Prepare training exercises to develop practical skills.
• Ensure health and safety and oversee technicians on training courses.
• Report relevant product or dealer issues to Training Manager.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Identify opportunities to offer training to the dealer network.
• Be the day-to-day contact for apprentice training partners.
