Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership position in wealth management, private banking, or trusts and estates.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large-scale change management and operational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational excellence champion for ITS, setting and enforcing the highest standards for process efficiency, control, and quality.
• Act as the knowledge center for trust-related activities, ensuring best practices are documented, shared, and continuously improved.
• Provide clear direction on business needs, obsessively prioritizing efforts that drive operational improvements and risk reduction.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative product solutions for international clients, with a focus on operational scalability and quality.
• Execute business and regulatory initiatives across ITS jurisdictions, ensuring flawless delivery and compliance.
• Establish strong relationships with regional markets, engaging leadership to drive a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
• Monitor, measure, and report on key operational metrics, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and to celebrate success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and client experience.
