Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to manage the defined customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas, handling end-to-end Order to Cash and acting as the operational link to internal stakeholders. You will use dashboards and data to monitor performance and drive timely actions.

The role requires end-to-end ownership, analytical judgement and the ability to make timely decisions within authority, supporting the travel retail and premium spirits business.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in Order to Cash, customer operations or logistics.
• Strong Excel capability and data analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash for a defined customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas.
• Coordinate orders through multiple channels and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Monitor risk, forecast alignment and KPI trends using dashboards and reports.
• Lead customer reviews and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance, Logistics and 3PL teams.
