Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to join the Global Travel Retail team in London. You will own end-to-end Order to Cash for a defined customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas and act as the operational link between customers and internal stakeholders such as Commercial, Finance, Planning, Logistics and Marketing.

The role requires end-to-end ownership, analytical judgement and timely decisions within authority, with a focus on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Operations, Order to Cash, or related logistics roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash for a defined customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas.
• Act as the operational link between customers and internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Marketing).
• Use dashboards and data to monitor customer performance, forecast alignment and risks; escalate when needed.
• Lead structured customer reviews and drive action tracking to resolve issues.
