Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex transformation programmes in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Solid change management principles and activities.
• Ability to interpret commercial, data migration, legal, tax, and operational impacts.
• Experience in governance, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and provide on-the-ground programme leadership.
• Work effectively within a global matrix organisation and influence others.
• Proven ability to set direction and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Support creation of a high-performance culture within deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the 3PST process for all Rotork Global Entities and the split of multiple entities.
• Implement business change activities and training aligned with D365 processes and regional models.
• Lead end-to-end readiness, consolidating checklists and reporting to Steering Committee.
• Drive structured gate reviews and ensure criteria are met before approval.
• Manage interdependencies with the DRIVE Programme and external projects, with mitigation plans.
• Monitor delivery, track issues, and resolve conflicts and critical paths with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to local and global teams and advise on solutions and processes.
• Build trusted adviser relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices and lessons learned are understood and adopted.
• Coordinate training content with Product Managers and Training Coordinator for handover.
