Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Business Change Analyst for a global manufacturing organisation. The role covers requirements gathering, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and change adoption across HR and other functions.

You will work in a varied hybrid environment with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, coordinating cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Immediate start offered on a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology projects in global manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel skills to produce reports.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage fragmented projects across core business units.
• Experience in analytics and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of business change transformation programmes.
• Produce reports, analysis, presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Manage survey activity from deployment to reporting.
• Deliver data-driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
• Support change management, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop guidance materials and toolkits and supporting resources.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Providing analytical, reporting and project support across a variety of strategic business initiatives.
• Managing and delivery 20% of HR intiatvies and projects
