Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Business Change Analyst for a global manufacturing organisation. The role covers requirements gathering, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and change adoption across HR and other functions.

You will work in a varied hybrid environment with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, coordinating cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Immediate start offered on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey activity from deployment to reporting.
• Deliver data-driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
• Support change management, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop guidance materials and toolkits and supporting resources.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Providing analytical, reporting and project support across a variety of strategic business initiatives.
• Managing and delivery 20% of HR intiatvies and projects

A leading global manufacturing company that is embarking on a large transformation project is looking for an experienced Business transformation analyst with strong data and presentation skills to join their team.

Description

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Business Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives across the Group. Working closely with project leads and key stakeholders, you will provide project coordination, data analysis, reporting, communications and change support to help drive successful business transformation outcomes.

This is a varied hybrid role, ideal for someone with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills who enjoys working across multiple projects, producing meaningful insights, and supporting business-wide change in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of business change transformation programmes.

Profile

A successful Business Transformation Analyst must have:

• Proven experience coordinating technology projects in a global / industrial manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytics and excel experience to be able to produce reports.
• Strong power point and presentation skills
• Able to manage and deliver fragmented projects across core business units.
• Proven experience in analysis and reporting.
• Excellent Stakeholder management
• Working well under pressure
• Eye for detail

Job Offer

• Daily rate between 400 and 425 dependent on the level of experience.( outside IR35)
• Temporary contract
• Hybrid 1-2 days on site
• Immediate Start
• 6 month contract
