Pure Search are partnered with a high-growth business seeking an in-house Transfer Pricing Manager. You will own a global TP framework, working with senior finance, tax and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to shape policy, ensure compliance and support international growth.

You’ll lead documentation, benchmarking and intercompany arrangements while driving governance, controls and reporting improvements in a complex international environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
• Exposure to benchmarking studies, economic analysis and intercompany service arrangements.
• Understanding of transfer pricing audits, risk management and controversy matters.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the group's global transfer pricing framework.
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Master/Local Files).
• Coordinate transfer pricing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support intercompany arrangements, cost allocations and cross-border transactions.
