Job summary

Pure Search are currently partnered with a high-growth business who are looking for an in-house Transfer Pricing Manager. This role offers ownership of a global transfer pricing framework within a complex international environment, working with senior finance, tax and business stakeholders across jurisdictions.

You will shape policy, manage compliance, support international growth, and drive improvements in governance, intercompany arrangements and transfer pricing reporting, with a flexible

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation (Master Files and Local Files).
• Exposure to benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
• Understanding transfer pricing audits, risk management and controversy matters.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the group's global transfer pricing framework.
• Lead preparation/maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Master & Local Files).
• Coordinate transfer pricing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Design and implement intercompany arrangements and cost allocations.
• Monitor financial outcomes of TP policies and identify adjustments.
