Job summary

PRO TAX in Leeds is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of global transfer pricing policies with hybrid working in Leeds.

You will oversee TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), advise on pricing of intercompany transactions, and manage TP risk including audits and APA negotiations. The role also includes developing juniors and driving TP strategy across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified (ADIT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT).
• Experience in TP advisory & compliance.
• Experience with large corporates preferred.
• In-house experience desirable with practice training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and governance of global transfer pricing policies.
• Oversee TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR) ensuring OECD compliance.
• Advise on pricing of intercompany transactions including financing and IP.
• Manage TP risk, audits, enquiries, dispute resolution and APA negotiations.
• Support operationalising TP policies and alignment with commercial models.
• Provide TP input into M&A, restructurings and supply chain changes.
• Interpret changes in global TP regulations and assess impact.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors and external advisors.
• Drive TP strategy aligned with tax and business objectives.
• Lead and develop junior team members and provide coaching.
• Identify process improvements and implement TP tech solutions.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management and documentation.
