Job summary

A leading international payments business is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager / Director to support the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies. This role involves collaboration with finance and external advisors, ensuring compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate has strong transfer pricing experience, knowledge of tax compliance, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. This position is contract-based, located in London.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on transfer pricing experience, preferably in-house.
• Familiarity with international tax compliance and documentation.
• Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external advisors on benchmarking and TP documentation.
• Review and update intercompany service agreements.
• Draft and maintain an internal TP manual.
• Deliver training to stakeholders on transfer pricing requirements.
• Support Finance with TP-related invoicing and reconciliations.
• Provide input on TP considerations for market expansion.
