Job summary

TXP in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Transaction Analyst to support finance operations across multiple countries. You will process contractor payments, client invoicing and accounts payable while maintaining robust controls and accurate records.

Working in a hybrid finance function, you will help improve processes, support month-end activities and collaborate with the Finance Operations Manager and Finance Business Partner to deliver timely, data-driven insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transactional finance environment.
• Ability to process high volumes with robust financial controls.
• Proficient with Excel and finance systems.
• Experience with InTime and GL systems.
• Experience across multi-country operations.
• Interest in automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor timesheets, payment runs and client invoicing.
• Manage accounts payable invoices and supplier payments.
• Support bank reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and data quality.
• Investigate exceptions and resolve discrepancies.
• Support finance system improvements and automation initiatives.
