Claranet is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support to a designated team, coordinating schedules, documentation, and team activities.

You will act as a first point of contact for operational queries, help plan employee engagement initiatives, and support the delivery of customer training programmes, liaising with managers, trainers, and customers.

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the designated team.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, documentation, reporting, trackers, and team activities.
• Act as a first point of contact for operational queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely internal communications.
• Monitor operational activities and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.
• Support planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of customer training programmes and related materials.
