Malloy Aeronautics Ltd. is seeking a proactive Trade Compliance & Logistics Specialist to manage import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate shipments, liaise with freight providers, and support audit readiness within a growing UAS technology environment. The role requires strong knowledge of UK trade regulations, security-aware processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Business Development in

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export, customs, logistics or trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of UK import/export processes.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and records.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Manage customs declarations, commodity codes, duties and import VAT.
• Coordinate export licence requirements with appropriate approvals.
