Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years total work experience; 5-7 years in management.
• 12+ years in trade finance operations; 7+ years leading multi-site teams.
• Proven track record implementing AI/ML and automation with KPI improvements.
• Strong data literacy; ability to define data strategies and interpret analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own global trade finance operations strategy, operating model, and performance outcomes.
• Lead multi-country operations teams, balancing regional nuances with global consistency.
• Drive operational readiness for new products, market infrastructures, and regulatory changes.
• Build a data-literate culture; define data elements and analytics roadmap; scale automation.
• Partner with Technology and Product to co-create target-state capabilities and embed design early.
