Job summary

Teledyne Valeport Limited is seeking a Customs Analyst to support import and export activities, ensuring shipments comply with regulations, policies and international trade requirements. You will manage documentation, classifications and risk assessment to enable smooth global operations.

In this role you will work with internal teams and external brokers to maintain accurate records, resolve delays and support audits, while staying up to date with regulatory changes and controlling

Qualifications

• Experience in customs, logistics or international trade.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of import/export processes including IPR.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external brokers.
• Comfort with data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments comply with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare and review customs documentation for accuracy.
• Assign correct tariff classifications and commodity codes.
• Maintain records for all customs transactions.
• Collaborate with brokers to provide clear shipment instructions.
• Support audits and post-entry reviews.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise stakeholders.
• Support export controls and sanctions compliance.
