Job summary

Capgemini Engineering UK is seeking a Lead Bid Manager to drive export compliance and risk assessment across bids and delivery. You will provide expert guidance on UK export controls, licensing, and compliance planning, working with senior stakeholders to ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are met.

The role requires 5+ years in export control/compliance, with experience in bids and large IT/engineering services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in export control / compliance.
• Experience managing risks and compliance programmes.
• Demonstrable experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting bids and service delivery lifecycle activities.
• Experience in large-scale IT services or engineering services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert input to bids and delivery on export risks and compliance.
• Manage export classifications and identify export-control risks throughout bid to delivery.
• Develop and maintain Export and Technology Compliance Plans.
• Prepare and commercially manage export licences and UK/US licensing agreements.
