Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery.
• Strong track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and partner with tech leads.

• Own delivery across Blockchain Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain up-to-date status dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proactively identify blockers, risks, and shifts in scope or resourcing.
