Nova Sky Stories seeks an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences to build and lead our worldwide touring and ticketed experiences business. You will shape strategy, finance models, and the operating framework to enable rapid multi‑city, multi‑continent expansion.

This entrepreneurial executive role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution—solving complex operational challenges, negotiating partnerships, and creating scalable processes and governance for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, or large-scale consumer experiences.
• Proven success launching, scaling, or transforming a business or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Nova Sky Stories' global touring and live experiences business.
• Build the operating model, systems, KPIs, and governance to support multi‑city, multi‑continent expansion.
• Lead negotiations with venues, promoters, ticketing partners, suppliers, and other key partners.
• Recruit and build the leadership team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
