Job summary

Sage Pub is seeking a Technology Vendor Manager to lead the global management of our technology supplier portfolio, contracts, licences and services that support our publishing operations. This is a highly visible perm role with opportunities to identify savings and strengthen partner relationships.

The position offers a salary of £62,000–£65,000 per year, hybrid working up to 2 days per week in the office, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology vendors, software assets or IT contracts within a large, complex or international organisation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and license optimisation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Sage's technology vendor portfolio and licensing commitments.
• Provide visibility of vendor spend, licence usage and contractual commitments.
• Negotiate improved commercial outcomes with vendors and ensure risk management.
• Deliver dashboards and insights for data-driven decisions by tech and business leaders.
• Drive cost optimisation through licence rationalisation and contract consolidation.
