University of Salford’s Digital Services department seeks an experienced IT Vendor & Supplier Relationship Manager to lead technology supplier contracts and commercial relationships. You will work with Digital & IT, Procurement, Finance and Legal to manage performance, renewals and risk, in a proactive, stakeholder‑driven environment.

The role is hybrid, requiring regular on-campus attendance and alignment to on-site commitments. Applications may close early if volumes are high.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supplier management and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage contracts and Statements of Work.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with technology vendors and suppliers as the main contact for performance and commercial matters.
• Oversee full lifecycle of vendor contracts; coordinate renewals and variations with Procurement and Legal.
• Lead performance reviews and governance activities to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
