You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain governance, and drive on-time, in-scope delivery while enabling experts to focus on their domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programmes from initiation through to implementation and handover.
• Strong project management expertise including planning, governance and reporting.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic technical projects, customer deployments and implementation programmes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Offer Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, GSAM and regional OpCos.
• Drive accountability for project activities, managing dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
• Facilitate project reviews, stakeholder meetings and decision-making forums.
• Manage RAID logs, change control processes and delivery reporting.
• Ensure readiness ahead of implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate testing, training, documentation, support and service transition activities.
• Provide concise progress updates to senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Support scalable delivery practices across regions and programmes.
