Spirax Sarco Limited in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Digital Workplace to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will shape the digital employee experience, manage end-to-end lifecycles, and drive adoption of modern workplace solutions across the organisation.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver enhanced collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency, coordinating internal teams and external partners in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven IT project delivery experience, ideally in digital workplace or end-user computing environments.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles in complex organisations.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Translation of technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery of digital workplace and IT transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT, vendors and partners.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies; ensure user engagement.
