Qualifications

• Experience in procurement administration, software licensing, or contract administration.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and present data to support decisions.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or regions.
• CIPS qualification or interest in pursuing one.

Responsibilities

• Gather spend, licensing, usage, and contract data to support cost-saving and contract consolidation initiatives.
• Identify unused software licences and opportunities to improve licence utilisation and reduce costs.
• Support software licence migrations and renewals, including pricing coordination.
• Raise and track purchase orders and support procurement administration activities.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives through data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to improve procurement processes.
