Job summary

RTB House, a global performance AdTech innovator, is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to operate client campaigns and troubleshoot integration issues. You will coordinate technical problems across campaign launches, work with sales to ensure top-notch service, and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital marketing tech support, experience with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing.
• Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Google Chrome DevTools).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the technical operations for our clients.
• Coordinate all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process.
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform.
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals.
