Job summary

Clarion Events is accelerating its digital transformation. We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead a multi-year global initiative, starting with migrating our Marketing & Segmentation platform and integrating it within our data and business apps landscape.

The role requires ownership mindset, strong governance and the ability to drive adoption across EMEA, North America and global teams. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes within digital transformation and technology-enabled business transformation environments.
• Strong ability to work across business applications, data platforms, integrations and enterprise technology environments.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, modern cloud data platforms and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain programme and project plans, governance, RAID logs, dependencies and milestones across multiple technology initiatives.
• Provide accurate progress reporting, stage gate tracking, risks and delivery confidence to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, data, architecture, infrastructure, product, security and third-party partners to meet milestones.
• Drive accountability, identify issues, remove blockers and escalate risks where needed.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, timelines, budgets and success criteria; maintain operational excellence with Jira and Confluence.
