Job summary

M&G is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to enable effective delivery of technology outcomes through Scrum-based, hybrid teams across the UK and India. The role coordinates delivery across multiple teams, manages dependencies, and creates an environment where distributed teams collaborate effectively to deliver predictable outcomes.

• Strong experience with Scrum in technology delivery environments.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams.
• Experience building and sustaining geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication across locations and cultures.
• Experience in hybrid agile delivery models.
• Ability to balance delivery focus with team health and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery across Scrum teams in a hybrid, distributed model.
• Manage cross-team and cross-location dependencies to keep delivery commitments visible and on track.
• Establish and maintain clear communication across UK- and India-based teams.
• Promote consistent Scrum practices and a sustainable operating rhythm.
• Build high-performing, non-co-located teams with trust and inclusion.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to plan and execute deliveries.
• Identify delivery risks early and support timely mitigation.
