• Manage cross-team and cross-location dependencies to keep commitments visible and managed.
• Establish and maintain communication across UK- and India-based teams with aligned goals.
• Ensure consistent Scrum practices and sustainable ways of working.
• Build high-performing, non-co-located teams with strong collaboration.
• Partner with product and engineering to plan and execute delivery.
• Identify risks early and support timely mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
