Job summary

Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, seeks a Tax Manager to join the Group Tax Reporting team. You will own hands-on provisioning, reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, contributing directly to the tax cycle and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and IT teams in a multinational environment to improve processes and ensure accurate, timely tax reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience preparing tax provisions, not only review.
• Experience with tax reconciliations and reporting cycles.
• Knowledge of IAS 12 and/or ASC 740.
• Experience supporting audits and dealing with tax authorities.
• Experience in multinational organisations or complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group and statutory tax provisions for financial statements.
• Perform calculations and reconciliations for tax provisions.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions for consolidated tax information.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits.
• Assist with tax compliance obligations and risk management.
