Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing to join the Group Tax team. You will own transfer pricing processes, filings and documentation across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal and external advisers.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape governance, strengthen controls, and drive standardisation in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Professional tax or accounting qualification (ACA/CTA/CPA) required.
• Strong transfer pricing experience across multinational environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with audits, documentation and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing processes and documentation across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, Legal and external advisers.
• Support audits and manage compliance risks.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and automate transfer pricing activities.
• Influence governance and handovers across internal teams.
