Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Head of Tax on a 12-month fixed-term contract for an early 2027 start. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the global tax strategy, governance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions within this high-growth team.

You will oversee compliance, transfer pricing and employment taxes, manage audits, and drive R&D tax credit submissions while advising senior leadership on tax implications of business initiatives. Motorsport experience welcome.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Post-qualification experience in multinational corporate environment or professional services.
• US tax experience required.
• Motorsport industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK Corporate Tax, International Tax, R&D Tax Relief, Transfer Pricing, Employment Taxes (including IR35), VAT and Indirect Taxes.
• Experience managing tax authority enquiries and audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead global tax strategy and governance across the group.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
• Lead on R&D tax credit preparation and submissions.
• Manage global tax risks, including permanent establishment and mobility tax.
• Design and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Maintain tax governance framework and ensure key compliance.
• Report tax opportunities and risks to CFO and senior leadership.
• Advise on tax implications of business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and authorities.
• Support Finance Leadership Team strategy and budgeting.
• Ensure tax ledgers are up to date and accurate.
