Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Head of Tax for a 12-month fixed term contract starting early 2027. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the global tax strategy, governance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions to support a high-growth F1 organisation.

You will manage a tax team, oversee transfer pricing, R&D tax credit work, and tax risk management, while advising on business initiatives and maintaining tax ledgers and controls across the group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting and professional qualification preferred.
• Experience leading global tax teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global tax strategy and governance framework across the Cadillac F1 Team.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions; manage deadlines.
• Lead on R&D tax credit preparation and submissions.
• Manage international tax risks, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Develop and maintain tax policies, controls and documentation.
