Job summary

Travelport is seeking a Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to lead global tax compliance and reporting from Langley, Berkshire. You’ll partner with finance and external advisers to ensure accuracy, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience of US GAAP (ASC 740) tax reporting; exposure to tax reporting systems, particularly TRCS, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals and FIN 48 analyses.
• Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
• Manage the Group's OECD Pillar Two compliance using the Orbitax platform, including GloBE calculations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation and technology.
• Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.
