Job summary

Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking an International Tax Reporting Manager in Reading, Berkshire, to join the Global Tax Controllership function. You will lead tax reporting with a focus on ASC 740 and international tax issues, collaborating with senior tax leadership to deliver timely quarterly and annual filings.

The role involves supporting tax provisioning, RTP processes, and cross-border compliance across multiple jurisdictions within a large multinational group.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 and US GAAP tax reporting.
• Expertise in international tax reporting and tax provision processes.
• Strong collaboration with global finance teams and tax leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual US GAAP (ASC 740) tax reporting.
• Assist with tax provisions, ETR calculations and reporting packages for international entities.
• Partner with local finance teams to ensure RTP and tax ledger accuracy.
• Support international tax compliance and shareholder reporting requirements.
• Assist with tax budgeting, forecasting and cash tax modelling.
• Maintain audit-ready tax reporting controls and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and data integrity in the tax function.
