Job summary

Brewer Morris Recruitment is seeking a Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to join a global, technology-driven multinational’s tax team. You’ll own key reporting and compliance across jurisdictions, partnering with finance and external advisers on international projects.

The role focuses on moving beyond compliance, with opportunities on Pillar Two and Country-by-Country reporting, improving processes, and leveraging technology in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate tax reporting experience, ideally across practice and/or industry.
• Experience of tax accounting and reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740) or similar framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with openness to improving processes using technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual corporate tax reporting activities, including current and deferred tax provisions.
• Manage global tax compliance and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting and other international reporting requirements.
• Support the delivery of OECD Pillar Two compliance and reporting.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvement, automation, and technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with finance teams and external advisers around the world.
• Support and mentor junior team members within the tax function.
