Job summary

Travelport is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to lead global tax compliance and reporting across our multinational group. You will partner with finance and external advisers to ensure timely tax filings and drive automation initiatives.

The role supports OECD Pillar Two and CbCR efforts, with a focus on process improvements and mentoring junior tax team members. This position is based in Langley, Berkshire on-site.

Qualifications

  • Experience with US GAAP (ASC 740) tax reporting; exposure to tax reporting systems, TRCS is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals and FIN 48 analyses.
  • Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
  • Manage the Group's OECD Pillar Two compliance using Orbitax, including GloBE calculations and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation and technology.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.

How you’ll make an impact:

We're looking for an experienced Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to join our Group Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of global tax compliance and reporting across a multinational organisation while supporting key strategic initiatives including OECD Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).

You’ll work closely with finance teams and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions, helping to ensure the Group meets its tax compliance obligations while driving process improvements and automation.

Your role in action:
  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals and FIN 48 analyses.
  • Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
