Job summary

4PS by Hilti - UK is launching the IGNITE international talent program for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals. You start as a Consultant and will gain hands-on ERP experience while rotating across countries, roles, and cultures.

The two-year program includes three rotations (home country and international offices) and a permanent position aligned with your strengths. You’ll receive coaching, workshops, and exposure to senior leadership as you grow quickly.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or early career entrant with master's or PhD in a relevant field.
Fluent in English and French and/or German; able to work across cultures.
Willing to relocate and work internationally; comfortable in a multinational environment.
Interest in ERP software and construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience through three rotations across countries and roles.
Analyze business processes and support ERP implementations for real customers.
Lead workshops, configure ERP solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop skills to move into consultancy, project management, or account/product management.
