You will own Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting and External Workforce, ensuring coherent journeys and value realization. Lead the People Experience Leadership Team, translate strategy into portfolio outcomes, and drive cross-functional collaboration across global locations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior P&O leadership in a global organization.
• Experience across talent attraction, acquisition, onboarding, mobility or external workforce.
• Ability to connect journeys across organizational and geographic boundaries.
• Experience with technology strategy and AI orientation at portfolio level.
• Demonstrated change leadership and stakeholder influence.

• Own Hire & Move product grouping including Talent Attraction, Acquisition, Onboarding, Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting.
• Lead and align People Experience strategy with enterprise priorities.
• Define multi-year journey ambitions and measurable business outcomes.
• Sponsor human-centered discovery and balance self-service, agents and automation.
• Govern portfolio roadmap, costs, investments and governance.
