Job summary
Sulzer is seeking a Senior Lead Talent Engagement to join our Global Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence. You will lead worldwide talent and employee experience initiatives, shaping how we attract, engage, develop, and retain people across a truly global organisation.
You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive projects from idea to scalable delivery, improve onboarding and internal mobility, and help evolve our Talent Technology stack, including Workday.
Qualifications
- Broad HR background across multiple HR domains.
- Experience in Talent Management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or HR Project Management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead global talent and employee experience initiatives.
- Shape onboarding, internal mobility, and employee listening programmes.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to deliver talent projects.
- Support evolution of talent technology, including Workday.
- Develop recruitment processes to support business success.
- Turn ideas into scalable solutions that improve employee experience.
