Qualifications

• Broad HR background with experience in Talent Management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition or HR Transformation.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and shows ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent and employee experience initiatives (Voice of Sulzer, Talent Marketplace, Internal Mobility).
• Improve recruitment through onboarding and development processes.
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to deliver talent projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Support evolution of talent technology and recruitment strategy.
