Alkegen is seeking a Talent Development Senior Manager for a one-year assignment to lead the global Talent Development team, partnering with senior leaders to advance talent strategy and strengthen organizational capability. You will drive succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives, while coaching a team across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years designing and developing talent programs (i.e. succession planning processes, performance management processes) within a COE.
• 3+ years facilitating live (virtual) classroom training.
• 1-2 years of experience leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual performance review & talent and succession processes globally, ensuring follow-up on outcomes & KPI improvements.
• Identify key roles and talent gaps; improve internal mobility; develop succession plans; nurture high-potential employees through targeted programs.
• Design, facilitate and manage leadership development programs; develop training materials, videos and eLearning modules; align initiatives with business needs.
