Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a fixed-term contract (6 months) to support the global recruitment strategy and initiatives. You will collaborate with regional HR teams, HRBPs and hiring managers to drive scalable hiring processes and improve candidate experiences.

In this role you will lead projects, provide recruitment expertise, prepare updates for senior HR leadership, and report on KPIs while balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; global experience desirable.
• Experience as TA Manager or TA Lead with stakeholder engagement across organisation levels.
• Experience supporting recruitment projects, process improvements or strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, recruitment technologies and contemporary sourcing approaches.
• Experience using recruitment data and metrics to support reporting, evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across regions, functions and cultures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to solutions.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills; ability to prepare concise updates for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Workday would be advantageous.
• A flexible, self-directed approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and wider team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, in developing and delivering global recruitment strategy initiatives.
• Lead assigned talent acquisition projects, managing planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation activities and progress reporting.
• Provide recruitment expertise across global initiatives and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Partner with regional HR teams, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support recruitment-related projects and improve processes.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, project updates, reports and recommendations for senior HR leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to manage performance, KPIs, share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively to ensure deliverables are completed to agreed timelines and standards.
