Job summary

eTeam is seeking a highly motivated Talent Attraction Sourcing Recruiter to join our Sales Recruiting team. You will attract, source, engage, nurture and assess a diverse pool of top talent from a range of channels, while ensuring a seamless and unified experience for all stakeholders across global surges.

You will conduct deep assessments to identify top talent for Account Executive opportunities, cultivate relationships, and submit fully assessed candidates to Talent Delivery teams to drive

Qualifications

• Relevant recruiting, sourcing or recruiting support experience.
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across teams and functions to advocate for talent, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity.
• Track record of delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build, cultivate, and activate long-term relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross regional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledgeable about sourcing techniques, tools, processes and initiatives.
• Excellent organisational, project, task and administrative skills.
• Self-starter with strong motivation and fresh ideas.
• Curious and able to assess talent based on competencies.

Responsibilities

• Attract and engage candidates from all channels for Account Executive opportunities.
• Conduct deep assessments with candidates from all sources to deliver the best quality talent.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and enrich CRM talent pools for ongoing engagement.
• Submit fully assessed qualified talent to Talent Delivery Recruiting counterparts.
